SYSPRO offers classroom training to both resellers and
end-users. Highly qualified instructors provide valuable insight into all
options and capabilities of the software. The classes are interactive with
valid examples being provided of where and how features can be applied for
optimal use. Classroom training is ideal in providing a very good, overall understanding
of the software.
The end-user training is in a workshop format and includes hands-on
training for all the core SYSPRO modules. The workshops are offered per
discipline (financial, distribution and manufacturing) and the training is
generic, in that it is designed to provide the user with a detailed
understanding of available options. The SYSPRO workshops are intended as a
supplement to on-site training, and are generally not recommended to replace
initial implementation training.
The reseller training is designed to satisfy the
requirements of new sales and support/implementation representatives of SYSPRO.
Business Models are used to teach the corresponding business processes in a
very interactive environment.
As a
supplement to initial implementation training, and on-going on-site training,
SYSPRO has developed the SYSPRO Learning Channel (SLC). The SLC is web-based and
consists of a library of recorded sessions that facilitates
convenient self-paced training on a 24/7 basis. The recordings cover all SYSPRO
modules in detail, broken down into processes and procedures that are easy to
follow and absorb. Additional recordings exist to educate on concepts and
industry standards.
The SLC
includes a Learning Management System (LMS) that provides
each organization with visibility of the learning track. Managers are able to obtain
comprehensive reporting about the SYSPRO educational activities of each
individual. This information provides companies with valuable insight on each
employee’s progress and allows management to determine how well educational and
organizational objectives are being met. This visibility can lead to remarkable
improvements in both operational and cost savings.
