Accommodations have been reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Register early to secure the special room rate of $169 plus tax and resort fee. Please note that the same rate of $169 per day (subject to availability) is available on Sunday, April 6 as well as three nights after the conference ( April 10, 11, 12). Falcon’s Fire Golf Club
Falcon’s Fire Golf Club is Gaylord Palms’ preferred golf course, and is located only five minutes away. Falcon’s Fire is an 18-hole, 6,900 yard, par 72, Rees Jones signature course. The course was the winner of the 1999 Apex Award and has been voted one of North America’s Top Ten Golf Tournament Facilities. Don’t forget to register for the Golf Day on April 7!

If you are a little adventurous, climb aboard a floating sailboat and enjoy your favorite cocktail or light fare. DISNEY THEME PARK TICKETS Click on the link for advance purchase of specially priced Disney theme park tickets. These exclusive half-day and multi-day tickets are NOT available at theme park gates. Purchase tickets DISNEY TRANSPORTATION Transportation to the Disney theme parks is free with your stay here. Shuttle service to and from the Gaylord Palms Resort to the Disney theme parks is offered periodically throughout the day one hour apart. Complimentary transportation is also provided to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and Wet-n-Wild.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Mears Transportation provides 24-hour shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport. Round trip fare is $32 per person; one way fare is $19 per person.
