REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The following information has been compiled to assist you with your conference registration and hotel reservation and familiarize you with the available options. While visiting this site you will be able to:

• Register a primary attendee ($945) and any additional attendees from your company. If you register
  more attendees at a later date, please contact the SYSPRO Customer Service Department
  at 1-800-369-8649 or by email at PragmaVision@us.syspro.com to secure your multiple
  attendee discount.

• The conference agenda includes breakout sessions that are tailored to meet the individual requirements of the attendees. Be prepared to create your own track and conference breakout sessions schedule and select the breakout sessions for any additional attendees you are registering. For your convenience, click here to review session schedules prior to registration.

• Receive confirmation of your reservations via email. If you register additional attendees, their registration confirmations will be emailed to you as well. Additional registrants will receive confirmation only if their email addresses are provided. Please keep a copy of this record, as you will be prompted for your email address along with a unique assigned password should you need to return to this site to login and make changes to your registration.

• Accommodations have been reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Register early to secure the special room rate of $169. plus tax and resort fee. Please note that the same rate of $169. per day (subject to availability) is available on Sunday, April 6 as well as three nights after the conference ( April 10, 11, 12). So, for those of you wishing to arrive early for the Golf Day or to extend your stay and relax, do not forget to reserve extra nights from April 10 onward.T

CONFERENCE COSTS

Multiple Attendee Discounts
Register your first attendee at the regular rate and receive a $50 discount for every additional attendee from the same company. This applies to both Early Bird discount and regular rates.


Spouses/Companions are Welcome
Spouses and companions may join you for a registration fee of $300 Cost includes access to Disney Pleasure Island, Delegates’ Cocktail Party and Delegates’ Dinner/Universal Studios Event.

Credit Card Billing Information
This site uses an advanced internationally accepted standard of encryption technology for the handling of credit card details. For best results when registering, it is recommended that you use a system with Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. You will be required to enter credit card information to complete the conference and hotel registration. The conference registration fee(s) will be charged upon completion of registration. Hotel accommodations will be billed separately by The Gaylord Palms Hotel/Passkey to the designated card(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference cancellations made prior to March 7, 2008 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date and “no shows” are non-refundable. All conference cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to PragmaVision@us.syspro.com. Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of stay in order to receive a refund. Failure to provide notice to the hotel or “no show” will be subject to charges at the daily rate and based on the conditions as laid out by the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Passkey. Completion of registration and reservation forms signify acceptance of all terms and conditions.
